If being a human being requires that kind of sophistication and hypocrisy, I would rather become something else. So I did this performance. I took off the social human skin and entered into a new body and identity to interact and communicate silently with the audience, creating a new kind of intimacy.

I was working for a company, but I was so tired of the bureaucracy and hypocrisy in the workplace that I had the idea to do this performance. However,, the night before I quit, I slipped into the office building and performed the piece again. There wasn't a single audience, but it was my little protest for myself.
